On February 22, 2024, fifteen professionally minded women gathered at Cafe Riggs in Washington, DC as part of Broad Shoulders' #DineAround — an extension of Broad Shoulders' regular events, workshops, and programming. 

Hosts Laura Cox Kaplan, Emily Grimm, Nobar Elmi Golhar, and Tamara Edward welcomed guests and guided an unstructured discussion to explore what was — generally and specifically— on peoples minds.

Topics discussed were time management, #momguilt, collaboration, and competition.
